Who are we?
Emateks Boya Kimya Tekstil Ins. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. was established in 1991 in Istanbul. Our company has been importing and exporting textile chemicals and dyes since 1991. Our first plant for bleaching, dyeing and finishing processes was established in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone in 2000 within the body of our Company, on a 9,000 m² open area and 6,000 m² closed area. Our second plant for bleaching, dyeing and finishing, knitting and dyeing of various fabrics was established in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone in 2005 on a 30,000 m² open area and 18,000 m² closed area. Our third plant was established in Çerkezköy Organize Sanayi Bölgesi in 2015. It has 5000 m² open area and 3500 m² closed area. Our yarn factory, which is the most important step for becoming an integrated facility in 2016, is built on 45,000 m² open 60,000 m² covered area. Our company has been serving the industry providing quality products and affordable price policies since its establishment.

Our yarn factory was established in 2016 which has 2000 tonnes/month production capacity. It was built on 45,000 m² open area, 60,000 m² closed area. With new model technology machines, we produce the best quality yarn which is also suitable for human health and environment.YARN FACTORY MACHINES

YARN FACTORY PRODUCTION
EMATEKS; IT STARTED TO PRODUCE 300 TONS OF OPEN-END YARN MONTHLY USING COTTON, COTTON-POLYESTER, VISCOSE AND BLENDS OF THESE. BY INVESTING VORTEX IN 2017, IT STARTED TO PRODUCE VORTEX YARN FROM ECOVERO, TENCEL, MODAL, LYOCELL FIBERS TOGETHER WITH BLENDED FIBERS.
WITH INVESTMENTS IN NEW MACHINERY MADE IN 2020, EMATEKS MADE A SOLUTION PARTNERSHIP WITH AKSA AKRILIK KIMYA SANAYII A.S. AND PRODUCED ACRYLIC VORTEX NON-PILLING YARN BY BLENDING HIGH-BULK AND RELAX FIBER. IN 2022 OUR NEW PRODUCT,
ANTHRACITEMELANGE AND GREYMELANGE.
KNITTING FACTORY
Our knitting factory has the capacity of 3000 tonnes/month which is increasing day by day.
With 300 circular knitting machines, we have capacity of 100 tonnes/day. We are able to produce single jersey, interlock, rib, camisole, wellsoft, double fleece, three fleece, lacoste,waffle,cardigan and this type of similar fabrics.

DYEHOUSE
We have three dyehouses which have 1800 tonnes/month capacity. We use 1000 tonnes of this capacity for our own fabric and 800 tonnes of this capacity for fason production.
We have 25 dyeing machines which can do production in different kilograms totally in 3 dyehouses. The production capacity of the three dyeing houses is 60 tonnes / day.

Dyestuff Import and Sales
Importing and selling dyestuff is the first step of our company which was established in 1991. We keep on this business by increasing of our capacity day by day. We have 180-200 tonnes/month capacity of selling Reactive and Disperse dyes. We take a more active role in reactiv edyes. Our sales mainly continue in Çorlu-Çerkezköy (Trakya) region. We also have sales in Istanbul, Gaziantep and Kahramanmaras regions. In the Aegean region, sales are carried out on the company named Betakim. In our dyes, we control the standard of our dyes by lot control and TLC test in our laboratories. Our priority is to give high quality and reliable service to our customers.
